The location was unbeatable in the fairly nice area.

Cleanliness stood out throughout the hotel, particularly in the common areas. Conveniently located near Toby Carvery for easy dining.
The room decor feels dated, lacking a mirror and the space on the wall that once held one is a distraction. Limited charging options are also a hassle with just two sockets available. Noise levels can be high at night due to thin walls and hallway activity, which can disrupt sleep. Facilities feel somewhat cramped and could use a refreshing update.

The double room was comfortable with a private bathroom, TV, tea/coffee maker, and all the essentials like free toiletries and heating. Staff were super friendly and genuinely helpful. The breakfast had freshly baked croissants along with a variety of organic juices. Perfect location for visiting the University.

Great for a quick solo trip
The breakfast the morning was cooked fresh for me, a solid full English to start the day, just what I needed. And the staff were really friendly, all smiles when you walk in, felt good to be there.
